Backrest Should Support Your Body

You should adjust the tilt of the backrest to support your body in an upright or slightly forward position. However in order to get people moving they must first know how to operate their chairs. I have seen a great deal of research that says it is better to recline. Common computer-related ergonomic problems can be prevented. If you cannot do that easily the chair is too deep.
